CELINA — The Wapakoneta Redskins lost a heartbreaker in the season opener of the 2020 football season, falling 14-10 to Celina in Western Buckeye League play on Friday.

The Bulldogs scored the winning touchdown with just 38 seconds left in the fourth quarter.

Kaden Siefring scored on a 2-yard run in the second quarter and Payne Harshbarger had a 30 yard field goal in the third for Wapakoneta's points.

The Redskins (0-1) will travel to St. Marys next week.
