A battle of Redskins went in the visitors' favor on Saturday, as St. Henry edged Wapakoneta 2-1 in a nonleague contest at MercyHealth Field.

St. Henry scored a pair in the first. Wapakoneta was able to get one in the fifth, but couldn't add to its total after that.

Ryan Camper pitched four innings for Wapakoneta, allowing six hits. He walked one and struck out one. Brandon Schneider pitched the other three innings, giving up two hits and walking two. He recorded four strikeouts.

The winning pitcher was Ryan Uhlenhake, who threw five innings for St. Henry. He allowed eight hits and walked three, while striking out eight. Nolan Schmitz threw two innings with three strikeouts.

Cooper Talowsky had three hits on the day, including a double for Wapakoneta.. Garrett Siefring, Trevor Crow, Austin West, Grant Bauer and Landon Brandt all had one hit each. West drove in the run.
