Janet Louis Schuler, 61, of Wapakoneta, was charged with criminal mischief, a third-degree misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a minor misdemeanor on Dec. 2, 2021. After two pretrials held on May 13, 2022, and Jun. 20, 2022, Schuler entered a plea change on Sep. 7, 2022, with a court date being set for Oct. 13, 2022. At this hearing a motion of continuance was filed and was granted leading to a pre-trial hearing on Dec. 13, 2022. During this hearing Schuler and Attorney Gregory N. Finnerty, filed for a motion of continuance again, and the court granted this motion leading to a pretrial set for Jan. 31, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. This case has been assigned to an outside judge, Judge Gary Tyack, out of Columbus, instead of the normal municipal court Judge Andrew Augsburger. Â
