Attorney Kenneth Rexford will be the counsel on record for Christine Steinke and the court granted Steinke an own recognizance bond, the court further ordered special conditions for the bond:
- The defendant shall not violate the law and shall not leave the State of Ohio without obtaining written permission from the Auglaize County Common Pleas Court.
- The defendant shall not commit any criminal or traffic offenses that carries the potential of a jail or penitentiary sentence.
- The defendant shall turn in her passport to the Clerk of Courts.
- The defendant shall not cash any of her retirement accounts including OPERS and deferred comp.
