Teachers reject contract

Wapakoneta City Schools teachers on May 24 rejected the contract offered by the board of education. The contract would have replaced the existing agreement, which expires June 30.
District Superintendent Keith Horner declined to comment on the rejection of the offer, saying negotiation is permitted by law to happen in executive session. He does not anticipate any public discussion at this time...
