Dinsmore appears in court

The third and final Uniopolis murder suspect is attending his second pretrial hearing this morning in the Auglaize County Common Pleas Court today. 

James Dinsmore, 28, currently held at the Allen County Jail, along with co-defendants Aaron Dietrich and Joseph Furry, are each charged with two counts, each with specifications, of aggravated murder, one count each of aggravated burglary and kidnapping, both first-degree felonies, and one count of intimidating a witness, a third-degree felony, all in connection with the death of 54-year-old Charles E. Hicks, of Uniopolis, on June 9.

Dinsmore's pretrial hearing is set for 11 a.m.
