Gladys L. Kidd, 68, of Wapakoneta, died at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 26, 1943, in Toledo, the daughter of Florence (Mosher) and Frederick Siglow, who preceded her in death. She married Lawrence Kidd, and he survives in Columbus.
Other survivors include, three children, Dale (Kathy) Warnke, of Delta, Richard (Misty) Cole, of Wapakoneta, and Dawn Casey, of Erie, Mich.; three step-children, Anthony (Patricia) Cole, of Portsmouth, and Kevin Kidd and Becki Kidd, both of Columbus; 21 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Cheryl & Susan; and a brother, Lester.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Nolan and Richard.
A homemaker, Gladys worked as a dietician at several hospitals and nursing homes.
An avid bird watcher and artist, she enjoyed camping, playing cards and board games.
According to her wishes, her body has been donated to medical science.
A private family memorial service is to be held at a later date.
