Wounded knees

May 17, 2013

Wapakoneta High School sophomore Adam Henderson started on the varsity basketball team as a freshman and started on the Redskins football team as a sophomore at running back and defensive back. He also has promise in baseball, but this past year he had to deal with sitting on the bench from a serious knee condition that few athletes have recovered from — he will be back in the fall.

One Wapakoneta Redskin loves to be in the middle of the action every season.
With promise for a successful sophomore year on hand, this three-sport athlete then found himself on the sidelines, at the end of the bench watching the action.
