Winter won't let go

Auglaize County residents had to break out the hats, gloves, and shovels once again on Wednesday morning after waking up to a Winter Wonderland on the second official day of spring.

According to the National Weather Service, Wapakoneta received upwards of 3 inches of snow from late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, enough to close Wapakoneta City Schools, Waynesfield-Goshen Local Schools, and Botkins Local Schools for the day.

But don't put that winter gear away quite yet, as the snow is expected to continue throughout the day.
