Wilda Miars, 85

Wilda Miars, 85, formerly of 04521 Auglaize County Road 33-A, St. Marys, died at 9:12 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Memorial Hospital of Union County in Marysville.
She was born March 18, 1927, in St. Marys, to Ireta (Seib) and Vernon Schmehl. On May 24, 1947, she married Gail V. Miars, who died Sept. 20, 1995.
Surviving are three daughters, Barbara Ellen Langsdon, of Louisville, Ky., Karen Joseph, of Celina, Joyce Moon, of Marysville, and Nancy Miars, of Hilliard; and two sons, Darrell Miars, of Portland, Ore., and Russell Miars, of Portland, Ore.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Miars.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, with the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
