Waynesfield-Goshen's Patton 1st-team All-NWCC

Emily Patton was the Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers’ lone first-team all-conference selection in 2013-14, as the Northwest Central Conference released its all-conference rosters Monday.

W-G juniors Abbie Van Horn and Sydney Buffenbarger and sophomore Kenzie Jarnagin each earned second-team all-conference selections. Van Horn was a second-team choice last season as well, while Buffenbarger was honorable mention the past two seasons.

Tigers senior Lidia Turner appeared on her second all-conference list this season, earning honorable mention in 2013-14. Turner was a second-team All-NWCC pick last season.

W-G sophomore Chelsea Spencer was also named honorable mention all-conference for this season.
The Tigers had the most All-NWCC selections for the 2013-14 season, with six.

W-G was a co-champion of the NWCC this season, along with Upper Scioto Valley and Lehman Catholic.
Perry’s Lexi Davis was the NWCC Player of the Year, while USV’s Mike Risner was the conference’s Coach of the Year.
