Wapak prepared for leaves and snow

Taking a page from the Boy Scout motto, Wapakoneta Public Works Department crews are prepared — for this fall’s leaf collection and this winter’s ice and snow, a city administrator says.
Wapakoneta Safety-Service Director Bill Rains said city crews have already prepared the equipment for leaf collection and have taken the time to get the snow plow equipment ready for snow removal.
