Virginia L. Vincent, 89, of Lima, died at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, at Elm Croft Assisted Living in Lima.
She was born Sept. 11, 1921, in Detroit, the daughter of Elizabeth (Boczek) and Jacob Zalesku. On Oct. 11, 1941, she married John “Jack Vincent who died Nov. 18, 1978.
She is survived by a daughter, Sherrly E. Vincent Wheeler, of Lima.
Private services will be held at Resurrection Cemetery in Mount Clemens, Mich., the Rev. Jerry Slowinski officiating.
