Virginia Krites, 80

Virginia M. ‘Ginny’ Krites, 80, of Cridersville, died at 8:47 a. m. Saturday, April 7, 2012, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
She was born Jan. 26, 1932, in Lima, to Leademia (Spyker) and Charles F. Stevenson. On March 11, 1951, she married Robert C. Krites, and he survives in Cridersville.
Also surviving are two sons, David (Connie) Krites, of Wapakoneta, and Dennis ‘Willie’ Krites, of Cridersville; two daughters, Julia ‘Julie’ (Kurt) Zwiebel, of St. Marys, and Janelle Krites, of Buckland; eight grandchildren, Brad (Cheri) Krites, Scott Krites, Aubrea Krites, Angie (Rick) Gable, Lisa (Doug) Williams, Jesse Kohlreiser, Joshua (Jeni) Kohlreiser, and Eric Augustus; nine great-grandchildren, Evan Krites, Holly Krites, Kelly Krites, Malayna Krites, Graysen Krites, Isabella Krites, Kylie Williams, Brayden Kohlreiser and Bryce Kohlreiser; and a four-legged canine friend, Jake.
She was preceded in death by brother, Charles F. Stevenson Jr.
She had been a homemaker and was a contributing editor to Taste of Home Magazine, noted for her cooking and baking. She was an active farm wife, 4- H adviser and Cub Scout leader.
Private services have been held.
