Sylvia M. Pulfer, 89, of Bluffton, died 7:15 p.m., Monday May 12, 2008, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora.
She was born May 1, 1919, in Sidney, to Della (Kaeck) and Willard Boyer. Both parents are deceased. She married George Edward Pulfer on July 18, 1947 and he preceded her in death March 1973.
Survivors include two sons, James Edward Pulfer, of Lima, and Rodney Ervin (Patricia) Pulfer, of Convoy; and a daughter, Sherri Lynn (Joseph) Bejarano of Columbus Grove; a stepson Donald Pulfer, of Anna; and stepdaughters Estelle Wooley, of Buckland, and Doris Coon of Columbus.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Friday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville with the Rev. Eric Allen, officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cemetery, Port Jefferson. The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Allen County Children’s Home.
