Twilia L. Elsass, 69, of rural Anna, died at 11:46 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.
Arrangements are incomplete at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta.
