Tracy Greve, 49

Tracy Loyer Greve, 49, formerly of Botkins and Waynesfield, died at 6 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at the Pavillion of Sidney, following a long battle with cancer.
She was born Sept. 26, 1963, in St. Marys, the daughter of L. Jean (Ketcham) and Edward Loyer, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Brent Karbowiak, of Delaware, and James (Michelle) Copus, of Bucyrus; two daughters, Jennifer (John) Leighty of Quincy, and, Lyndsy (Josh) McNamara, of Columbus Grove; a former husband, James Copus, of Wapakoneta; a brother, Wayne (Pat) Loyer, of St. Marys; a sister, Deb (Gil) Ralston, of Wapakoneta; and five grandchildren, Summer Karbowiak; Preston Leighty, Clayton McNamara, Tyler Copus, and Dalton McNamara.
Tracy was a 1982 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She had formerly worked at Dana Corp. in Lima, where she had been a machine operator. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in St. Marys.
She will be remembered as a person who was always helping others. She loved being with her grandchildren, going shopping, taking caring of her dogs, making jewelry and researching her genealogy.
Services are at 2 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, with the Rev. Don Burley officiating.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
