Thomas H. Weimert, 80, 1140 South Knoxville Ave., St. Marys, died at 3:04 a.m. Friday, July 27, 2012.
He was born Nov. 22, 1931, in Wapakoneta, to Rosella (Meyer) and Carl Weimert.
He married Doris (Williams) Weimert on Aug. 25, 1984, and she preceded him in death on Sept. 9, 2000.
Survivors include four sons, Bruce Weimert, of Lima; Vance Stemen, of Tennessee; Steven Sprague, of Wapakoneta; and Gregory Sprague, of Wapakoneta, and four daughters, Carla Weimert, of Lima; Vicky Spencer, of Lima; Christina Sprague, of Botkins; and Kimberly Holliday, of Lima.
Tom served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War era.
Visitation hours are scheduled from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, 1175 E. Greenville Road, St. Marys.
A mass of Christian burial is to begin at 11 a.m. Monday in the Holy Rosary Church, St. Marys, with the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial is to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, in Wapakoneta.
