Terry Lee Lewis, 67, of Lima, died at 10 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at his home.
He was born March 12, 1944, in Wyandot, Mich., to Mabel Marie (Fantz) and James Oliver Lewis. His mother survives. On Aug. 1, 1970, he married Margaret Ann Wenzel who survives in Lima.
Also surviving are two sons, Grant L. (Jennifer) Lewis, of Pataskala, and Dwight A. Lewis, of Hume; and a daughter, Amanda (Jacob) Dablemont, of Columbia, Mo.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the First Evangelical and Reformed Church in Lima, with the Rev. Ed Rinehart officiating.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bayliff & Son Funeral home in Cridersville or 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be given to the church.
