Steven H. Shrock, 71, of 10805 Celina-Mendon Road, Mendon, died at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born Jan. 13, 1940, in Elwood, Ind., the son of Claudine (Garner) and John Shrock, who preceded him in death.
He married Karen Smith on Feb. 15, 1958, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by three sons, Steven Shrock Jr., of Versailles; Dave Shrock, of Celina; and Scott Schrock, of Mendon.
Graveside burial rites are planned for noon Tuesday at Mercer Memory Gardens, in Celina, with the Rev. Randy Christian officiating.
Private family visitation is to be held at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, in St. Marys, where memorial donations may be given to the Lord’s Church.
