Rose M. Coolidge, 75

Rose M. Coolidge, 75, of Elida, on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 12:55 p.m.  passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by her family.
 Born Sept. 20, 1937, in Clinton Township, Shelby County, she was the daughter of the late Martha (Snyder) and Colman Bowden.
Rose married Thomas Coolidge on May 27, 1983, in Waynesfield. He survives in Elida.
She had worked at the IGA in Wapakoneta. She enjoyed doing crafts, traveling, cooking and sewing. She was a member of the Jugs Sewing Group.
Surviving are a daughter, Tonya (Eric) Nagel, of St. Marys; two sons, Todd Spencer, of Lima, and Eric Coolidge, of Elida;  two daughters, Teresa Coolidge, of Lima, and Lori Reynolds, of Jackson Center; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
 The family  plans to receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
A funeral service is to be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, with the Rev. William Hughes officiating.
Interment is to be in Salem Mennonite Cemetery, in Elida.
