Rosalie Frey

Rosalie V. “Rosie” Frey, 74, of Wapakoneta, died at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
She was born June 17, 1937, in Rockford, the daughter of Ona (Piepmeyer) and Edward F. Hines, who preceded her in death. On June 14, 1958, she married Keith Garold Frey, and he died Sept. 2, 1984.
Survivors are a sister-in-law, Delight Hines, of Tillamook, Ore., and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Carl Hines, Charles Hines, and Junior Franklin Hines; a sister, LaVaun Ewing; and two infant sisters.
A homemaker, Mrs. Frey was a self-employed babysitter. In 1970, she became a member of the Maranatha Assembly of God, now known as the Wapakoneta Community Worship Center.
Services are at 10:30 a.m., Friday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, State Route 501, Wapakoneta, with the Revs. Dan Holbrook and Jerry Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Union Cemetery in Van Wert.
Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
