Ronald Lingenfelter, 77

Ronald Joe Lingenfelter, 77, of Lima, died at 6:04 p.m. Monday evening, Sept. 2, 2013, at Baton Rouge Health Services Community.
He was born Sept. 18, 1935, in Cridersville, to Juanita (McCune) and Samuel Roy Lingenfelter, and they precede him in death. On June 8, 1956, he married Georgia Carolyn Dalton, and she passed away Jan. 27, 2011.
Ron was employed and retired from Ford Motor Company where he was a high lift driver. He had also been previously employed with Omar Bread Company. He was a graduate of Lima South High School, and formerly a member of the Lima Elks and Eagles clubs. He loved playing golf, bowling, and enjoyed playing softball in his younger days.
Mr. Lingenfelter is survived by his children, Vicky (Jack ) Bush and Ronald Lingenfelter Jr., both of Lima. He also is survived by his grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, Maria, Derek, Chelsea and Joshua; and his great-grandchildren, Braeden, Rylan, Alivia and Raelyn.
Along with his parents and his wife, Georgia he was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Crawford.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home, with Pastor Matthew Oliver officiating.
Entombment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Family and friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.
