Robert Fetter, 74

Robert “Bob” Ronald Eugene Fetter, 74, of Lima, died at 11:54 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, in the emergency room at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
He was born July 8, 1939, in Lima, the son of Grethel Chirstine (Craig) and J. Russell Fetter.
On March 12, 1960, he married R. Ellen Fetter, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Nina Fetter, of Lima, Nancy (Mike Campbell) Fetter, of Lima, and Christine (Tad) Fetter Hieneman, of Lima; four grandchildren, David Dekok, Elizabeth (Blake) Boyle, Dyllon Dekok, and Brett Gleason; four great-grandchildren, Morgan, Elijah, Aeris, and Cameron; a brother, Thomas R.L. (Janice Mullins) Fetter, of Waynesfield; and two nephews, Todd (Audra) Fetter and Tommy (Gee) Fetter.
He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Jeryl Fetter.
He worked at Warner Swasey and later as a supervisor at Scot Lad Foods. He was an AKC licensed judge for more than 30 years. He was a member of the Union Chapel Missionary Church and the Lima Kennel Club.
Services are to be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Home, Eastside Chapel, with the Rev. Kenneth Fetter officiating. Interment is to follow at Memorial Park Mausoleum in Lima.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel.
Contributions may be given to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Foundation.
