Phyllis Cook, 80

Phyllis Marie Cook, 80, 806 Laurel Drive, St. Marys, died at 11:55 a.m. Monday, June 27, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Feb. 25, 1931, in Wexford County, Mich., the daughter of Lou (Smith) and Harry Deuel. In 1951, she married Everett Goldsmith, who preceded her in death. In 1977, she married Dean Cook who also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Mark Goldsmith, of St. Marys, and Dick (Melanie) Goldsmith, of Zanesfield.
Services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys, with the Rev. Steve Weatherly officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Friends may call form 4 to 8 p.m. at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Memorial donations may be given to the church or Grand Lake Hospice.
