Patricia Ann Pack, 54, of Wapakoneta, died at 7:52 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital Emergency Room in St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 2, 1959, in Lima, the daughter of Myrtle (Adkins) and Raymond Pack, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Gladys Pack, of Wapakoneta; two grandchildren, Rashel Higginbotham and Rebecca Davis; a brother, James (Crystal) Adkins, of Wapakoneta; three sisters, Gloria (Raymond) Cochran, of Louisa, Ky., Rayette Vaughn, of Wapakoneta, and Melissa Jeffrey, of Wapakoneta; numerous nieces & nephews; and close family friends, Lisa Ford and Shawn Roop.
Pat retired in 1989 as a cook at Wapakoneta Manor. She was a 1977 graduate of Wapakoneta High School, and attended the Wapakoneta Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed country music, crossword puzzles, watching “Days of Our Lives”, but most especially she enjoyed spending time with Rashel.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta, with the Rev. Ward Lewis officiating. Burial is to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
