July 15, 2014

A driver was injured after overturning his vehicle on Moulton-Fort Amanda Road at 3:56 a.m. on Saturday, July 12 in Logan Township.

Anthony Lane, 39, of Harrod, was transported to St. Rita’s Medical Center by Buckland EMS for non-incapactitating injuries.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol report, while traveling north, Lane traveled off the right side of the road and struck a guard rail. The vehicle traveled in the air over a creek, causing it to overturn when it hit the ground.

The vehicle, a 2005 blue Ford Escape, came to rest on its wheels.

Lane was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.

He is suspected of using alcohol and drugs. Results of the blood test are still unknown.

He was wearing his seat belt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage.
