Nyoka Goble, 64

Nyoka Polly Goble, 64, of Wapakoneta died at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at St. Ritas’s Medical Center in Lima.
She was born Aug. 14, 1948, in Shrewsbury, W.V., to Ada Esta (Craigo) and Howard Sims, who preceded her in death. On June 15, 1986, she married Wyman L. Goble, and he survives in Wapakoneta.
Surviving are two sons, James Henry Long, of Michigan, and Gary Allen (Donna) Goble, of Westland, Mich., three daughters, Sherry Lee (Donald) Skidmore, of Trenton, Mich., Theresa Lyn (Daniel) Copeland, of Wapakoneta, and Marsha Ann (Billy) Norris, of Taylor, Mich.; a daughter-in-law, Laura Goble, of Van Buren, Mich.; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald (Jeanette) Sims, of East Lake, Mich., and Joe Sims, of East Lake, Mich; and four sisters, Sandy Hathaway, of East Point, Mich., Sue (Dean) Harrison, of Sterling Heights, Mich., Candy Sims, of Sterling Heights, Mich., and Tammy (Jim) Pitt, of Canton, Mich.
She was preceded in death by a son, Wyman Lee ‘Chicko’ Goble, and a brother, Howard Lee Sims.
Mrs. Goble was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed collecting angels, plates and Christmas villages. She loved gardening and was known as the flower lady.
Friends may call from noon to 6 p.m. Monday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home in Cridersville.
