NFL: Horn misses Colts' opener

August 15, 2011

After missing much of the week of practice due to an injury, Waynesfield-Goshen product Joe Horn sat out the Indianapolis Colts preseason-opening 33-10 loss to the St. Louis Rams on Saturday night.
According to the Indianapolis Star, Horn was sidelined by a nagging back injury.
The Colts signed Horn as an undrafted free agent on July 26 after the NFL lockout ended.
Late Sunday night, Horn posted on his Twitter feed (www.twitter.com/SundaysWith16): “Back on the field tomorrow #ColtsCamp can’t wait”
