Michael L. McClintock, 60, of Wapakoneta, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 2, 1952, the son of Doris A. (Walls) and Donald E. McClintock, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include a son, Michael Chad McClintock, of Fryburg; extended family Michael D. (Elisha) Converse, and their son Bryce, of Wapakoneta, Leah Ann (John) Cannon, and their children, Dylan, Rylee, and Payton, of Wapakoneta; five brothers, Patrick (Cynthia) McClintock, of Wapakoneta, Joseph A. McClintock, of Wapakoneta, Bruce E. McClintock, of Waynesfield, Dennis M. (Jackie) McClintock, of Fryburg, and Jon S. McClintock, of Wapakoneta; and two sisters, Christine K. McClintock, of Waynesfield, and Caran Ann Coil, of Waynesfield.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Mark A. McClintock.
Michael was a tool department specialist at CAPT in Celina. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and then retired from the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed riding his Harley, shooting, and boating.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Wapakoneta, where military rites will be conducted by the Wapakoneta V.F.W. Post 8445.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta.
