Martin Menchhofer, 91

Martin E. Menchhofer, 91, of 706 Magnolia Drive, St. Marys, and formerly of Mercer County, died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at the St. Marys Living Center.
He was born March 15, 1920, in Mercer County, the son of Kathryn (Powell) and John Menchhofer.
On April 12, 1942, he married Margaret “Marge” L. Hay and she survives at the St. Marys Living Center.
He is survived by two sons, Larry Menchhofer, of South Bloomingville, and Steve Menchhofer of Rockbridge; and a daughter, Sherry Howey, of Columbus.
Services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, with the Rev. Jon Kraner officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 11:00 to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
