Lois Ann Brown, 76 of Wapakoneta, crossed the gates of heaven 3:42 a.m., Friday, June 3 at St. Ritaâ€™s Medical Center. She was born Jan. 9, 1935 in Wapakoneta to Raymond Joseph and Alma Louise Wortman Reineke.
Mrs. Brown was a member of St. Markâ€™s Lutheran Church and the Eagles Lodge Aerie 691 Auxiliary. She had been a supervisor at Superior Metal Products and loved gardening, dancing, being with family and going to church.
Survivors include two daughters, Debra K. (Brody) Osborne, of Wapakoneta, and Kim R. Richard, of New Bremen, four grandchildren, Jason (Jill) Cummings, Dustin (Alicia) Lensch, Jessica (Tracy) Margraves and Jamie (Troy) Wood, seven great grandchildren, four sisters, June Davies of Wapakoneta, Sandy (John) Eilerman, of Minster, Sharon Bowersock, of Lima, and Susan (Gale) John, of Buckland, two sisters-in-law, Mary Reineke and Karen Reineke and many loved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Bill D. Brown, a daughter, Denise Marie Brown and two brothers, Richard â€˜Budâ€™ Reineke and Lee Reineke.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to services at the church Friday and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville where an Eagles Auxiliary memorial service will begin at 8 p.m.
Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 10 at St. Markâ€™s Lutheran Church, Wapakoneta with the Rev. Mark Bauer officiating. Burial of cremated remains will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta following the services.
