Karen S. Wireman, 56

Karen S. Wireman, 56, of Wapakoneta, died at 1:06 p.m. on Friday, July 4, 2014, at her residence. She was born Feb. 13, 1958, in Lima, the daughter of Lawrence and Patricia (Reier) Watters, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 15, 1979, she married John Wireman, and he died Dec. 28, 2009.

Survivors include, a son, Joe (Andrea) Wireman, of Wapakoneta; two granddaughters, Savannah and Delani Wireman; a brother, Eric (Deb) Watters, of Celina; numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jason Watters, and a brother, Steve Watters.

Karen had worked at B & M Packing Co., Plastipak and International Brake Parts.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, state Route 501, Wapakoneta, with Pastor Stephen Ambrose officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
