Jonathan Shively, 40

Jonathan R. “Jon” Shively, 40, of Cridersville, died at 10:33 a.m. Sunday, July 3, 2011, at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
He was born Sept. 27, 1970, in Lima, the son of Sandra S. (Klinger) and William J. Shively. On June 27, 1998, he married Gina C. Lawrence and she survives in Lima.
Surviving are a son, Brady John Shively, of Cridersville; and a daughter, Caitlin Susanne Shively, of Cridersville.
Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Perry High School in Lima, with the Rev. David Brookhart offciating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home in Cridersville and 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the school.
