John “Jack” 0. Yale, 92 of Lakeview, died at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, at Heartland of Indian Lake.
Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Waynesfield Baptist Church, with the Rev. Don Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Branch Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the church.
Armentrout Funeral Home in Waynesfield is handling the arrangements.
