John Slone, 56

John C. Slone, 56, of Wapakoneta, formerly of Plymouth, died at 7:40 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at his residence.
He was born May 30, 1955, in South Bend, Ind., the son of Emma Jean (Hatton) and Charlie Joe Slone. On June 28, 1998, he married Jean Ella Binkley, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Brandon Edward Slone, of Willard.
Services will be held at a later date.
There will be no visitation.
Contributions can be given to the family for Brandon’s education.
Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville is handling arrangements.
