John Frey III, 40, of St. Marys, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 at his residence.
Auglaize County Coroner’s investigator Steve Stienecker has ordered that an autopsy be performed to determine the cause of his death.
Arrangements are incomplete at Miller Funeral Homes in St. Marys.
