James L. King, 84, of Kenton, died at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton.
He was born Jan. 17, 1927, in Kenton County, the son of Esther (Doster) and Hiram King. On Feb. 27, 1950, he married Martha Edna Rall and she died May 5, 2002.
Surviving are four daughters, Karen Hamilton, of Kenton, Cheryl Hays, of Ridgeway, Bobbie Sue Busch, of Gig Harbor, Wash., and Tiffiny King, of West Liberty.
No public service or visiting hours are planned.
Arrangements are being handled by Bayliff & Son Funeral Home in Cridersville.
