Jacob Vernon Tummel, 11 days, died Sunday, April 15, 2012, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
He was born April 4, 2012, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, the son of Stephanie Bishop and Aaron J. Tummel, who survive.
Also surviving are a brother, Jonathan Tummel, and a sister, Alana Tummel.
Services are at 1 p.m. Friday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home in Cridersville, the Rev. Jerry Wiles officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lima.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
