Emma Mae Hackworth Zerbe, 85

Emma Mae Hackworth Zerbe, 85, of Lima, formerly of Lafayette, Tucson, Ariz. and Summerville, S.C., died at 7:15 p.m., Saturday March 17, 2012 at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
She was born Dec. 9, 1926, in Ivyton, Ky., to Pearl (Adams) and Cash Hackworth. Both parents are deceased. In 1949, she married Raymond S. Zerbe and he preceded her in death.
Surviving is a son, John Daniel ‘Danny’ Zerbe, of Tucson, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Ann Zerbe.
Services are at noon Friday at Woodlawn Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Stanford officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Friday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Woodlawn Baptist Church.
