Charleen Zeigler, 62

Charleen J. “Janey” Zeigler, 62, of Wapakoneta, died at 4:40 a.m. Monday, July 29, 2013, at St. Rita’s Medical Center, in Lima.
She was born Jan. 31, 1951, in Lima, to Genevieve (Johnston) and Charles Huebner, who preceded her in death. On June 28, 1969, she married David F. Zeigler, and he survives in Wapakoneta.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jennifer and Anthony Fisher, of Wapakoneta, and Samantha and Derrick Ferguson, of Wapakoneta, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three brothers, and three sisters.
Charleen was a 1969 graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High. She was employed as a nurse for 26 years at Heartland of Indian Lake. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and watching scary movies. She especially loved to read. Christmas was her favorite time of the year.
Memorial services are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Wapakoneta.
Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in memory of Charleen.
