Boston Marathon updates continue last update 6:23 p.m.

CBS News is reporting that police have surveillance video of someone bringing in multiple backpacks to the area of the explosions 20 minutes before they occurred.
Blood and limbs strewn throughout the blast area.

At least four residents from the Wapakoneta area were scheduled to run and were on an online listing as having been registered to compete in the race. The runners were 48-year-old Bill Roy from Celina, 24-year-old Sara Anderson, 34-year-old Amy Morrisey, and 22-year-old Matthew Schluneker, all of Lima. Roy, Anderson, and Morrisey all had finish times available. Sara Anderson and Amy Morrisey have been in contact with people back home and have verified that they are okay but have not relayed any other information currently.
