BO Park progressing, mayor says more needs to be done

Drainage tile is expected to be installed and the fields seeded prior to winter so they have time to settle, the mayor says.

The newest park in the Wapakoneta park system hopefully should have drainage tile, grass seed and a shelter house by the end of this year, the mayor says, but the project continues to hit snags.
