Betty Fisher, 84

Betty Fisher, 84, formerly of 309 Augustus St., St. Marys, died at 3:50 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, at the St. Marys Living Center.
She was born Jan. 16, 1928, in St. Marys, the daughter of Nora (Ankerman) and William Thielk. On May 18, 1954, she married John E. Fisher, and he preceded her in death Nov. 20, 1985.
Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, with the Rev. Bill Makiofficiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be given to Zion Lutheran Church.
