Barbara Roof, 70

Barbara E. Huber Roof, 70, of Columbus, passed away Saturday night, Jan. 28, 2012, at Wapakoneta Manor.
She was born May 12, 1941, in Bellefontaine the daughter of the late Eva Mae Miller and John Frederick Huber.
Surviving are two sons, James (Rose) Roof, of Wapakoneta, and Robert (Rebekah) Roof, of Milton, Fla; a daughter, Frances (Eddie) Cadieu, of Columbia, S.C.; 10 grandchildren; a brother John Russell (Donna) Huber, of Allegan, Mich.; three sisters, Virginia Kimmel, of Tuscon, Ariz., Rose (Dale) Haning, of Miami, and Carol (Frank Wesley) Hudson, of Kingsport, Tenn.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A 1959 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and the College of William & Mary, Barbara was retired from Chemical Abstracts in Columbus.
Services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, with the Rev. Jeffory Willetts officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefontaine Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to Community Health Professionals, Tri-County Office of Visiting Nurses Hospice in Wapakoneta.
