Barbara S. Jacobs, 87, of Apple Creek, died at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Wooster Community Hospital.
Services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Armentrout Funeral Home in Waynesfield, with the Rev. Jean Horn officiating. Burial will follow at Westminster Salem Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Friday at Armentrout Funeral Home.
