Anita M. Bosau, 72

Anita M. Bosau, 72, of Wapakoneta, died at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at her residence surrounded by her family. 

She was born on Dec. 25, 1941. in Baltimore, Md. to Arthur C. and Ethel M. (Friend) Hanft, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Laura (Michael) Heffner, of Wapakoneta, and Michele (John) Karch, of Celina; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two sisters, Linda (Terry) Liptak and Debbie (Richard) Sanko.

Anita retired after 29 years of service from Charles River Laboratories, Spencerville, as Division Director, Regulatory Compliance.  She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, in Wapakoneta. 

She enjoyed gardening and crocheting, and especially spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta.  Dr. Richard Davis will be officiating.  Burial will follow at the St. Johns Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
