Alison Roediger, 53

Alison Renee Roediger, 53, of New Knoxville, died at 11:43 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at the St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
She was born March 12, 1959, in Lima, the daughter of Ruth (Cook) and John Robert Jaynes. Her mother survives in Wapakoneta, and her father survives in Hillsboro.
Also surviving are a son, Mitchell Roediger, of Wapakoneta; a daughter, Lindsay (Jordan) Bricker, of Wapakoneta; two grandchildren, Ellie Bricker and Caelen Bricker; her former husband, Ted Roediger, of Wapakoneta; three sisters, siblings, Celia (Ted) McCullough, of New Knoxville, Elizabeth (David) Thompson, of Wapakoneta, Laura Miller, of New Knoxville; and a brother, Bob (Lisa) Jaynes, of New Knoxville,
Alison owned and operated the Small World Nursery School in Wapakoneta. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wapakoneta. She volunteered at St. Joseph School in Wapakoneta. She enjoyed traveling, but most especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta, with the Rev. Daniel Hunt officiating. Burial of the cremated remains will follow in the Gethsemani Cemetery in Lima.
Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
