BOTKINS — Nine different players scored as the Botkins Trojans rolled to a 67-44 win over the Houston Wildcats in a Shelby County League varsity boys basketball game Tuesday at Botkins High School.
It was the first league win of the season for the Trojans (4-3, 1-2 SCL).
Botkins’ Tyler Egbert led all scorers with 21 points, scoring 15 of those in the second half.
Ethan Zimpfer added 11 for the Trojans. Gabe Lawrence chipped in with nine and Josh Schwartz contributed eight.
Botkins led 17-11 after one quarter and stretched the margin to 32-24 at the half.
