Barbara â€śJaneâ€ť Keller, 68, of Wapakoneta, died at 6:10 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011, at her residence. Arrangements are incomplete at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta.
Cyrus â€śJimmyâ€ť Frey, 55, of St. Marys, was found dead on Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, near Grand Lake St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 26, 1956, in St. Marys, the son of Eleanor (Walker) and John Frey and they preceded him in death.
He is survived by three sons, Dustin Frey, of St. Marys, Jeremy Frey, of St. Marys; and Justin Frey, of St .Marys.
Services are at noon Wednesday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys. Military burial rites will be performed at Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
Harold W. McNeil, 73, of Lima, died at 9:03 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011, at St. Ritaâ€™s Medical Center in Lima.
He was born June 5, 1937 in Grundy, Va., the is the son of Elizabeth Looney and Clyde McNeil. On Oct. 17, 1961 he married Inis A. Layne, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, David Harold McNeil, of Lima; and a daughter, Tracy Diane Green, of Lima.
Services are at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home in Cridersville, the Rev. Larry Molaski officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima.
Raymond L. Mowery, 82, of Westminster, died at 7:11 a.m. Nov. 20, 2011, at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
He was born on Nov. 2, 1929, in Allen County, to Evadna Tidd and Jesse F. Mowery, who have preceded him in death. On Sept. 7, 1951, in the Harrod Christian Church, he married Rose Mary Elsass by the Rev. Williard Thomas. She survives in Westminster.
John Gies, 91, formerly of Jackson Center, died Saturday afternoon, Nov.19, 2011, at Dorothy Love Nursing Home.
He was born April 23, 1920, in Akron, to the late Mildred Fox and Christian Gies, Sr. On Sept. 2, 1939, in Kentucky, he married the former Naomi R. Packer and she preceded him in death on Aug. 12, 1994.
Anita L. Rogers, 36, of Wapakoneta, died at 8:10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, at Wapakoneta Manor.
She was born in Lima, the daughter of Carol (Meckstroth) and Billy Rogers. Her mother survives in Wapakoneta, and her father is deceased.
Also surviving are two brothers, Jeffrey (Melanie) Rogers, of Sylvania, Paul (Cortney) Rogers, of Wapakoneta; five nephews, Jason T. Rogers, Austin P. Rogers, Zach J. Rogers, Blake L. Rogers, and Danny Wheeler; two nieces, Totionna S. Rogers and Kayionna S. Rogers; and paternal grandmother, V. Lucille Rogers, of St. Marys.
Elbert L. Baird, 88, of 11309 Bobwhite Lane, in St. Marys, died at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at St. Ritaâ€™s Medical Center, in Lima.
He was born Jan. 25, 1923, in Old Washington, to Vera A. (Boyd) and Charles M. Baird.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a wife, Dorcas (Woolley) Baird; and a wife, Marjorie (Potter) Hammann-Baird.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Funeral rites are scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Monday at Meyer Community Chapel of Otterbein â€“ St. Marys, with the Rev. Dennis Gaertner officiating. Burial is to follow at the Arcadia Cemetery in Arcadia.
Elbert Baird, 88, of St. Marys, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011 at St. Ritaâ€™s Medical Center in Lima.

Bernard I. Schweitzer, 81, of Wapakoneta, died at 6:05 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011, at St. Ritaâ€™s Medical Center in Lima.
He was born May 2, 1930, in Pusheta Township, Auglaize County, the son of Lucille (Steinke) and Alfred Schweitzer, who preceded him in death. On Aug. 25, 1955, he married Virginia Gerstner, and she survives.
Chloie Della Warner, 94, a resident of Otterbein Cridersville, passed away Tuesday evening, Nov. 15, at Otterbein.
She was born Nov. 7, 1917, in Forest, the daughter of Laura (Ensminger) and Curtis Warner, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sisters, Marie Miller, Pauline Kollar and Berniece Mills.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, in Cridersville, with Chaplain Lynn Huffman officiating.
A private family burial is planned at the Wharton Cemetery preceding the memorial service.
